3D Welding Table and Fixtures

3D Welding Table is also known as Flexible Welding Assembly Plate

●3D: Represents movement in three directions. Typically, fixtures only allow movement in two directions (transverse and longitudinal), but our system also includes vertical movement. The main surface of the welding table provides two directions, while the sides can be used for vertical installation, achieving a fully three-dimensional combination.

●Hole System: The key feature of this fixture is that both the 3D welding table and the attachments use standard holes instead of traditional threads or T-slots. Combined with quick-release pins, assembly becomes faster and more convenient, and positioning is more precise.

●Modular: All accessories are pre-manufactured and can be freely combined and adjusted according to the product's requirements.

●Flexibility: Due to the above features, the entire system can adapt to changes in products, enabling one set of fixtures to handle several or even dozens of products, greatly accelerating the product development and prototyping process while saving significant human, material, and financial resources (environmentally friendly and low-carbon).

●Welding: This product is specifically designed as a universal fixture for the manufacture of welded parts; it is convenient, flexible, and precise for welding, far surpassing traditional welding methods.

Fixture Design

●3D Steel Platform Sizes: (Material Q355)

Long x Wide (mm):1000x1000 / 1200x1200 / 2000x1000 / 2400x1200 / 3000x1500 / 4000x2000, etc.

●3D Cast Platform Sizes: (Cast Iron HT250- HT300)

2000x1000 / 2400x1200 / 3000x1500, etc.

●All 3D Platforms have a side height of 200mm.

●2D Platform Sizes:

1000x1000 / 2000x1000 / 2400x1200 / 1200x1200 / 1500x1500 / 3000x1500, etc.

●Hole Dimensions:

φ28 Series Platform: Hole tolerance is D10 grade, and the pins used with the platform are H7 grade. The center-to-center distance between adjacent holes is 100 ± 0.05mm.

φ16 Series Platform: Hole tolerance is D10 grade, and the pins used with the platform are H7 grade. The center-to-center distance between adjacent holes is 50 ± 0.05mm.

●Worktable Column Types:

Height (three types) with a load capacity of 2T fixed (frame type) with a load capacity of 5t, adjustable (lifting type) with a load capacity of 3t, and wheeled (with brake) with a load capacity of 1t.
