Cast Iron Surface Plate Production Process

Cast iron surface plate is a precision measuring tools. It is made of high stength cast iron with high surface hardness.

There are four steps about production process of cast iron surface plate.

Firstly, according to technical requirement to make drawings. Then according to the drawings, determine and check wood type, ingredients, modeling, drying and other parts.

The second step is cast iron plate machining, visual inspection and marking, processing and testing. 

The third step is cast iron plate workpiece leveling, manual scraping and laboratory test.

The last step is final processing for the cast iron surface plate, such as coating paint, packaging and storing in warehouse.
